Formerly known as Enfield Island Surgery, this is one of the first 11 to Join Medicus Health Partners in 2018. Patients can now attend any site, clinics and get support wherever they see the Medicus Logo.
From the Branch Manager’s Desk
Welcome to our web page – my name Promita, I look after the Enfield Island Branch/Site of Medicus Health Partners.
We are delighted that our patients are now getting appointments for their Covid Vaccinations, if you are over 80 and have not had your appointment, please let us know and we will help you get booked in.
Everyone is trying to make the best of the situation; we are committed to caring for you in the best possible way whilst keeping both you and the team safe. Please remember wherever you see the Medicus Logo you can obtain help and advice.
Meanwhile, we all need to keep to the advice of hand-washing, face masks and social distancing but we all look forward to the time when we will return to life as normal.
I expect all staff to treat you with respect and courtesy at all times and would ask you to be polite and courteous in return.
All GP practices are required to declare the mean earnings (e.g. average pay) for GPs working to deliver NHS service to patients.
The average pay for GPs working within Medicus Health Partners in the last financial year was £51,900 before tax and National Insurance. This is for full time GPs and part time GP’s who have worked in the Partnership for more than six months.
However, it should be noted that the prescribed method for calculating earnings is potentially misleading because it takes no account of how much time doctors spend working in the Partnership, and should not be used to form any judgement about GP earnings, nor to make any comparison with any other organisation.
