Repeat Prescriptionsred_pills_bottle

Requests for repeat medication must be in writing and made by one of the following methods:

  • In person/post - tick the items required on the computerised slip attached to your last prescription and forward it to the surgery. If you want it posted back to you please provide a stamped addressed envelope.
  • By fax - to 0844 815 1387
  • Online - via the link at the top of this page. New users are required to complete a simple registration.

We cannot take requests over the telephone.

Please always allow yourself 5 days before your medication is due to run out.

Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip. Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.

Please allow two full working days for prescriptions to be processed and remember to take weekends and bank holidays into account.
