Appointments can be made by calling at the surgery, by telephone or online via the above link. You can book in advance or on the day. There is also a telephone triage service and telephone consultations available daily.
Pre-booked appointments are limited and wherever possible we will endeavour to make the appointment with the doctor of your choice.
The length of a routine appointment is 10 minutes. However we do understand that sometimes a patient may need longer with the doctor so please bear with us.
The surgery also offers extended hours one evening a week up to 20:00
In a number of cases it might be worth considering an appointment with a practice nurse rather than a doctor. Practice nurses are qualified to deal with many conditions and you may be seen more quickly.
Language Interpreting Services
Please enquire at reception if you require this service.
In some instances the doctor may be able to advise you over the telephone. If you wish to speak to a doctor please request a telephone appointment when you call.
For intimate examinations or procedures the health professionals may use a chaperone. If you would like to be accompanied by a chaperone please tell the doctor who will arrange for a fully trained member of staff to attend.
If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else.
